with a variety of fine crackers, fresh seasonal fruit with yogurt dip, Mediterranean phyllo cups, bruschetta display with an assortment of toppings
including pomodoro, artichoke, white bean, black olive tapenade, and wild mushroom.

Mashed Potato Station

Dress your yukon gold or sweet mashed potatoes with a variety of toppings including fresh grated cheese, chopped chives, sour cream, crisp bacon bits,
sugared pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon butter or regular butter. Served in a martini glass.

Asian Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Petite medallions rubbed and finished with Asian spices
Sesame Chicken Strips
Sesame breaded tender chicken tossed in Mongolian sweet and sour glaze

Breaded rice balls filled with peas and ground beef. Served with tomato basil sauce

Breaded eggplant rolled and stuffed with oriental tossed lo mein noodles, finished with a ginger glaze
